Glitter Water is a nail art blog focused on sharing the designs I create and wear. I don't own any fancy tools/equipment because I'm more about what you can do with what you have, and I really love the act of painting. It's pretty amazing what a person can do with ideas, a steady hand and an assortment of polishes, and this blog is a testament of that.
